- Shane Tyree was born 1979 in Detroit, Michigan. He later attended college at University of Michigan, Flint. In late 2004 he relocated to Central Pennsylvania. Since that time he has functioned as a freelance artist and graphic designer.

  - His art has been featured in ImagineFX magazine, on several book and album covers, and used in several websites. He has produced artwork for TOR books, as well as several hundred commissions for public and private use. He is currently developing his upcoming webcomic, and is currently contracted to produce concept art for Rhino Games.

- He is an art contributor for MERP.com as well a regular contributor to Epilogue.net. A creative consultant, and concept artist, his work has and is helping to bring the visions of his clients to life.

- He is a father to his son Bly, and a devoted husband to his lovely wife Christina. They recently celebrated the birth of their second son Cormac.
